Subscription, Billing & Restoring Purchases
TradeInvoice Pro has two plans: Free (£0 forever, 3 invoices a month) and Pro (£7.99/month or £49.99/year — about £4.17 a month billed annually, in your local currency). Subscriptions run through the App Store or Google Play, which also handles your payment details and receipts.
What's the difference between Free and Pro?
Free: 3 invoices per month forever, professional PDFs, your logo, sending from your own email, quotes, clients and payment tracking.
Pro adds: unlimited invoices, the AI voice agent, and automatic payment chasing at 7/14/30 days. Pricing is £7.99/month or £49.99/year (annual is the best value at roughly £4.17/month), localised to your currency by the app store.
How do I upgrade to Pro?
In the app, go to Settings → Subscription and choose monthly or annual. Payment is handled by your App Store or Google Play account — the app never sees your card details.
I bought Pro but the app says I'm on Free / I got a new phone
Your subscription is tied to your app store account, so it's never lost — it just needs restoring. Open Settings → Subscription and use the restore/manage option; make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID or Google account that made the original purchase.
If it still doesn't activate after a restore, contact support — subscription state can be checked and fixed server-side.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by the store, so cancelling takes effect there: on iPhone go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android open Google Play → profile → Payments & subscriptions. The in-app subscription screen also opens the store's management page for you, where you can cancel, change plan or request a refund.
After cancelling you keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for, then drop to the free plan. Your invoices and data are untouched.
How do refunds work?
Because billing goes through the App Store or Google Play, refunds are issued by them, not by us — the store's own refund process applies. The subscription screen in the app links you to the right place for your store.
