1. Definitions
"You" means the individual or entity using the Service. "We"/"Us" means Trades Invoice Pro.
2. Scope of Service
Trades Invoice Pro provides invoicing, billing, and related tools to create, send, track, and manage invoices for service businesses. We may add, modify, or remove features at our discretion.
3. Accounts
To use certain features you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Email Integration and Sending on Your Behalf
As part of the Service we offer optional integrations that allow you to connect one or more email accounts (for example via OAuth or SMTP) so Trades Invoice Pro can send emails from your address(es) for invoice delivery and overdue payment reminders ("Chase Emails"). By enabling an email integration you expressly authorize Trades Invoice Proto send, on your behalf, emails related to invoices, payment reminders, and collection notices. You may revoke this authorization at any time by disconnecting the email integration in your account settings. We will store only the access tokens and settings necessary to send emails and will not view or use your mailbox except to send messages you have authorized.
You remain solely responsible for the content of any emails sent from your connected accounts and for complying with applicable laws (including anti-spam and privacy laws) when contacting your customers. We will follow reasonable security practices to protect access tokens and credentials, but you should also protect access to your account and revoke connections you no longer use.
5. Payments and Billing
If you purchase paid features, you agree to pay applicable fees and taxes. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers and is subject to their terms as well.
6. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful activities, to harass others, or to transmit harmful content. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
7. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your content. We retain ownership of the Service, trademarks, and software. You are granted a limited license to use the Service as described in these Terms.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trades Invoice Pro will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate your account for convenience or for cause by providing notice. On termination, your access will end and we may delete your account data in accordance with our retention policy.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in whichTrades Invoice Pro operates. Venue for disputes will be specified in our company information.
13. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms. We will provide notice of material changes and, where required by law, your consent may be sought.
