Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the TradeInvoice Proapp and website (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Definitions
"You" means the individual or business using the Service. "We"/"Us" means TradeInvoice Pro.
2. Scope of the Service
TradeInvoice Pro is a mobile app for iOS and Android that helps tradespeople create, send, and track invoices and quotes. It includes tools such as voice-assisted invoice creation, PDF generation, quote approval links, payment reminders, and business insights. We may add, modify, or remove features at our discretion.
3. Accounts
To use the Service you must create an account, with Google sign-in or email and password. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
4. Sending documents
Invoices, quotes, and receipts are sent from your own email address through the mail app on your device, or via WhatsApp. The Service prepares the message and attaches the PDF; the sending happens through your own apps and accounts. You are solely responsible for the content of documents and messages you send and for complying with applicable laws (including anti-spam and privacy laws) when contacting your customers.
5. Payments between you and your clients
The Service displays the payment details you provide (such as bank details or a PayPal link) on your documents so your clients can pay you directly. We are not a party to those payments, do not process or hold funds, and are not responsible for whether or when your clients pay you. You are responsible for the accuracy of the payment details and tax information (including VAT, GST, or CIS settings) on your documents.
6. Subscriptions and billing
The free plan includes a limited number of invoices per month. Pro subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are governed by their terms; cancellation and refunds are handled through your app store account. Prices are shown in your local currency by the app store.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful activity, to harass others, or to send deceptive or fraudulent documents. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Your content and our rights
You retain ownership of your content — your invoices, clients, photos, and business details. We retain ownership of the Service, our trademarks, and our software. You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use the Service as described in these Terms.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Generated documents and tax calculations are tools, not professional advice — you remain responsible for the accuracy and legal compliance of the invoices you send.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeInvoice Pro will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including unpaid invoices or disputes between you and your clients.
11. Termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms. On termination, your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may modify these Terms. We will provide notice of material changes and, where required by law, seek your consent.
