How it works
Tradespeople work on-site, not at a desk. TradeInvoice Pro is a mobile app for iOS and Android, built for one-handed use in the van between jobs — big tap targets, short flows, nothing that needs two hands and full concentration.
It's offline-first. Basements, new builds, rural jobs — no signal doesn't mean no invoice. Create the invoice on site and it syncs automatically the moment you're back in coverage. Nothing is lost, nothing needs redoing.
Sending is built around the tools you already use. Invoices go from your own email address — your real mail app opens pre-filled with the PDF attached and a copy CC'd to yourself — or straight out over WhatsApp when that's how the client communicates.
Invoicing before you leave the job isn't just faster admin — it gets you paid sooner. The client receives the bill while the work is fresh in their mind, which is exactly when they're most likely to pay it.
